Just call a few of the big primebrokers. Goldman, JPM, MS, C. Most likely you will need to have a hedge fund set up with at least 10MM, just to get in the door.
You got a few hundred grand to spend to work out the ISDA agreement? (just to be able to trade a a biteral cds contract)
