Thank you but no need for a call. Definitely water under the bridge. I was with an IB of Crossland/Wedbush and the broker took a hands off approach and made me deal directly with the FCM who it was very clear didn't want to be dealing with the retail client side of things.
You are correct. Wedbush Futures wants their IBs to handle the accounts. This is the same with every FCM that does business with an IB. We service the Realtick accounts directly. The other futures platforms are a combinations of us, the platform support and sometime wedbush. I'm very active in the support of my clients.
I rang wedbush to ask for a list of their IBs and ask a question if they had an available product and they put me straight on the phone to an answering machine. Guess they won't be collecting my clearing fee.
