According to a number of sources, it is not uncommon for 90 year old Hunza men to father children. Hunza women of 80 or more look no older than a western woman of 40 - and not only any woman, but one who is in excellent shape.

Hunzas eat only two meals a day. The first meal is served at twelve noon, although the Hunzas are up every morning at five a.m. [/b]This may sound surprising, since most nutrition experts here in the west stress the importance of a hearty breakfast, even though our life-style is relatively sedentary compared to that of the Hunzas, who engage in demanding physical labor all morning long on an empty stomach.

Milk and cheese are important sources of animal protein. Meat, although not completely eliminated, is consumed only very rarely, reserved for special occasions like marriages or festivals. This fact is no doubt one of the reasons why the Hunzas have such healthy digestive systems. Even when meat is served, portions are very small: meat is cut into small pieces and stewed for a long time.

  2. you forgot this part. sounds vegetarian to me: "The Hunzas, then, eat very little. But what exactly do they eat?

Well, a large part of their diet is composed of grains: barley, millet, buckwheat and wheat.

They also eat fruits and vegetables on a regular basis. For the most part, these are consumed fresh and raw, although some vegetables are cooked for a short time. Their preferred fruits and vegetables include potatoes, string beans, peas, carrots, turnip, squash, spinach, lettuce, apples, pears, peaches, apricots, cherries and blackberries. They also have a particular fondness for apricot pits. (You can get apricot seeds in your health food store, get only the dried ones which don't have all the important enzymes killed off). Almonds are eaten whole, or used to make oil through a process that has been transmitted from generation to generation. "

adult humans dont need milk. in fact about 35% cant tolerate milk at all.

On milk: sure, you can eat other things besides milk and stay very healthy.

yogurt, kefir, cheese made from unpasteurized milk all contain essential aminoacids: incl. cysteine and tryptophan.
first is needed to produce glutathione, second: serotonin and melatonin.

if you cook Milk these amino acids break down!!!

raw milk contains all enzymes required to digest it even for adults.

the fundamental thing is to supply all aminoacids.
you can do it by eating: raw nuts, raw seeds, raw milk, raw meat, raw goji berries, chlorella, hemp seeds, raw beans.

eat in moderation. western people in general cannot - they are extremely WEAK psychologically!

sleep without artificial lights around and electrical devices turned on.

Just live as close as people did 150 years ago and you'll be fine.
Well, allright you can use your computer 3hrs a day to do some day trading :D

  4. eating raw food like that is not too smart. 150 years ago we didnt know about bacteria and viruses. now we know heat kills those things. its kind of stupid to not use knowledge to your benefit but hey, to each his own.

Paleo lifestyle also means getting enough sunshine / vitamin D.

if you study at a University or work for a Corporation - you get almost zero UVB rays, since the most uvb emition is from 10am to 2 pm.

bacteria and viruses are all giant scam.
there are millions of bacterias and viruses all the time, everywhere.

if your immune system is weak, you'll be sick, sure...
thats why 99.99% of flu cases happen during the winter- no sunshine makes immune system MUCH weaker.

check Peter Duesberg, PhD and discover some things about HIV virus!
not only modern nutrition is shitty, education is even worse.

just reverse everything you hear from mainstream sources and you'll know the truth.

    some news from mainstream media:

    - vaccines / mercury / fluoride are for good health
    - 9/11 was done by cavemen
    - vegetarianism is a mental illness (latest WHO verdict)
    - GMOs are safe
    - pesticides are healthy
    - raw milk is dangerous
    - alcohol is worse than marijuana (just ask russian women)
    - sun is bad- avoid it

  7. Raw milk can be dangerous especially for infants, kids and the elderly. I wouldn't drink it myself unless I knew the farmer and how often he tested his cows.

The danger in raw milk is when it comes from cows that aren't fed their natural diet, which is grass. Factory raised cows, and even most raised 'organically' are eating a diet of corn, soy and other grains. These feeds kill the natural bacteria in a cow's rumen that are vital to it's digestion. In fact that's the main reason cows are given the meds they are on- to keep their feed from killing them before they are slaughtered.

Raw milk from a grass fed cow is perfectly safe, as long as it's handled with common sense safety and cleanliness. Factory farmed cows, yeah you better pasteurize it.

Unfortunately, most people have no idea about this important difference and the raw milk hysteria lives on.

  9. Babies and children have been dying from drinking raw milk for centuries, way before the feed lots. Milk pasteurization has saved thousands of children's lives.

  10. Interesting. Did your dietitian suggest a particular book that captured many of her basic recommendations? Thanks
