True. The "A" trade was marked by 2 TA parameters... neither of which as obvious as the "B" or "C". Legit, nonetheless. To have caught the "A" play, you would have needed to have known about its possibility, have your finger on the trigger, and to be very attentive... it usually occurs as a "spike" just as it did this time.
Update... the second "B" is still holding as resistance. What to do with that info? Seems 2 logical choices... 1. Chase the short, betting 20200 will hold if retested and the market will work lower 2. Sit tight and see if 20200 is retested for a short at a better price.. and prepare to chase the upside upon a break to higher high. Which is going to be correcet? I dunno
Sorry, but this is only obvious in hindsight. IOW it's a bullshiit. OP conveniently left out all the other highs and lows between B and A or between A and C, which would have looked just as important as A, B and C at the time. If you trade like this in reality, I guarantee you'll lose your shirt faster than you thought it was possible.
Would you personally trade the break of resistance immediately or wait for it to return to the level first and trade it like support?
I presume you mean "break of resistance... Exactly how to trade its apparent break is a bit of an art and personal risk tolerance. A breakout, followed by a back-kiss test of the breakout, is a classic signal. Unfortunately you don't always get the back-kiss... it often just keeps moving straight away from the breakout level... no correct answer.
That's literally every similar thread he started, hindsight trading. Literally everyone, even a child, could do this. I've got nothing against TA, but everything hindsight is just BS, like you said. I wonder though why this great TA guy that started this and many other similar threads never does any live calls, well, I guess it's not hard to imagine why ...
Hello tomkat22, I am black guy and use the words Slave and Master. What is wrong with these two words? Price is Master, and I am slave to Price. I get paid to follow Master.
