What do mean these price scale types and for which securities are they used: 1/10 and j of 10th 1/32 and 10th of 32nd (this one is like in IB TWS I beleive). 1/32 and j of of 32nd 1/32 and S of 32nd 1/64 and 10th of 64th 1/64 and S of 64th ???? What is "j" and "S"? How one should set them?? (as they are in global server 2000i)
