Price Action (LH/HH/LL/HL) indicator for eSignal EFS

Hi, I'm looking for a eSignal indicator that would plot price pivots labels similar to the attached. Just wondering if anyone here could point me in the right direction.

Download free Ninjatrader and use esignal as dataprovider.
There is one available in Ninjatrader.
