The same for me. And worse, I have the feeling that I was doing better without looking at tape/fast chart. I think its because it is distracting. Of course this is temporary, as with experience increasing, it would add more information than distraction. Another thing is : I don't know what to look at, that is not visible in the entry chart (1000CV in my case).
I have nailed down the "issue" to the following: Let's take a 3 BR where a direction from PA has already given the direction in which to trade. Now you get a BAR3 (for example, it could also be another setup like a 123 or 2B, etc), now I'm trying to see clues in the volume/price microscope to determine if: 1-I should go with the magic tick on BAR4 or 2-Wait for a more advantageous entry with lower risk or 3-Pass on the trade altogether. So far I have no clue. Of course I can see hindsight divergences, etc, but also see contradictions at the same time. Nobody said it would be easy. I'm keeping at it. It is nice to know what other experienced traders look at. I'll eventually "get it". shakira
don't worry about a chart that fast, anek says master 1min volume on ES before going to 5 second, otherwise it will just mess you up.
Attached are the instructions to get into the ahg1 chatroom as requested by some folks recently. Cheers, -monday

Tomorrow I'm off, and I think Friday is OEX day so I back to trading on Monday. I marked possible 2b reversal at 10:15(exchange time) . I think it's possible entry with many confluances: -2b + vol div @ 1min -anchor downtrend -pivot -YHOD sorry for my English Best regards
