The beauty of price action is it is in the eye of the beholder. For the same chart, you can interpret anyway you want and a million people very likely have a million interpretations.
Volume leads price, no exceptions (other than PA traders whom claim otherwise.) The above is directly observable but requires drills to clarify perception. This is a minority opinion.
Only if you following the conventional wisdom which is based on a class of math that introduces noise. The financial industry mostly derived it’s profits through fees not effective and efficient use of capital.
I feel like the term “price action” will be the same as technical analysis. I mean when computers came out, technical analysis was the way to do it. Everyone learned it’s not that simple. I’ve always kind of viewed quantative, technical analysis, price action all the same. You expect the past to repeat and provide a profitable and repeatable edge.
