When trading with swing highs and lows, would you count a new swing high and low from the high and low being the same bar? Or do you believe the bar should make a higher high than the previous bar AND a higher low than the previous bar?
The higher daily high is the new high. And its a potential swing high if it follows a price rise. Its still a potential swing high whether that day's low is above, below or same as previous day's.
