I do not think anyone trades just the price action alone. You have to have confluence with other factors to give you the best chance of your trades working out. And if you do not want to lose monies, stay out of the stockmarket. Only thing guaranteed is you will lose monies if you trade of invest in the stockmarket.

Drunkenmiller also says the influx of retail Traders/Investors around 2000 "changed Price Action".

Here is an example of a PA trade setup from today’s FX London close session.

It’s on a cross pair which don’t pattern as well as the majors do, plus it’s on M15 which is noisier than higher time frame.

PA is still working fine regardless of algos. Ditto for stocks and commodities.

  5. No one is making real money trading "price action".

If you want to make real money, you have to cheat in trading.

If you play fair in trading, you will always lose.

  7. Anderson Silva used to confound, confuse and clobber guys twice his size when he first entered the UFC. Then he started switching his style, again and again. Conor McGregor said the same thing about Mr. Mayweather during their post fight presser.

The real danger is when others begin to see their fights and study what they are doing. The moves quickly get neutralized. Remember when Lennox Lewis shut down the Mighty Mike Tyson by "fighting tall"? Basically you use your length advantage to keep the other guy from getting close enough to do any damage. US military doctrine with jets is similar: never let them see you and take them out from far away.

Trading has gone off the railz now because AI is going to figure everything out, and make all of us obsolete!

Our only advantage remaining as humans is our potential for intuition. It's also nice to be able to read everyone else's minds!

  10. Good Morning Wide Tailz,

Yes I remember I posted that.

I stand with all the mighty army and soldiers in world history of war to defend my statements. I will never ever in a million in 10 years reconsider my position. I have no reason on earth to reconsider it.

The bottom line is still the same : As traders in the market, you either can make money or you can not make money. Risk management or any other fancy trading words have nothing do to with it.

Matter of fact , what does Risk Management means anyway?
