  3. Milken raised money from unsuspecting donors, including the ordinary folks who slipped cash into the buckets that the Prostate Cancer Foundation places outside of supermarkets and shopping malls. Then Milken, with the support of Dr. Scher, directed that money to Dr. Scher’s hospital, with the understanding that Scher and his hospital would attach their prominent names to drugs developed by companies in which either Milken or Milken’s friends were investors.

  4. here's how the Daily Show scathing of Cramer came about. Since he's telling you, I guess I can too.

I happened to see that famous clip, and called what is now the Deepcapture people and told them they had to pull it. That's how it was saved. Crames has a real big surprise. Not only do they have all the past tapes, but also, all the Greenberg/Cramer hatchet jobs that have been taken down from the web. Amazing correlation to Rocker/Gradient/Chanos....that bunch. I do believe that led to the 'retirement' of ole' Herb. Here's to Cramers' pending retirement.

Somebody emailed me 17 companies, there were more, but 17 companies in which they believed Henry Scher was associated. I'll make no judgement or speculation how he was involved. However, one of these struck home in I believe the 12th chapter. Milken had some Melanoma foundation. Scher was a medical advisor of Genta Corp, GETA, who has a highly regarded treatment for late stage melanoma. The company recently reverse splitnormally a death knell. They know they are being manipulated, and I gather the SEC is investigating trading in the stock.

What is really interesting is, the company arranged some financing (bad) just in the nick of time, and then appeared in a European Oncology magazine. They have filed for European approval, and today, the stock was up 35% on big volume.

Similarly to DNDN, GETA was up for approval on their lead drug some two years ago. It seemed a shoe in for approval, and was shot down. The FDA advisory panel voted against it, so the company had to reload (like DNDN) with money they didn't have. This time, the preliminary data looks good, and is due in early fall.

I have to wonder the importance of money vs. life saving drugs. And then, I started thinking the scum went too far. Maybe nobody cares about an internet retailer from Utah, but biotech? Lifesaving drug. Maybe this is the straw. Maybe.
