Case in point NBC calling Wisconsin to Obama. Numbers show only 14% of the votes are in. Of those 53% for Romney to 46% Obama. Yet they are calling the state as a win for Obama. Thanks for your explanation
1) ?......Romney's 7 point "spread", at that moment, was less than what McCain had in '08. 2) Wisconsin is a douche. :eek: 3) It was never a "swing state". The outcome was nearly certain there. 4) The Dems do "well" in the big cities where they can concentrate their campaign spending while the GOP does well in rural and wealthy suburban areas.
