President Vladimir Putin of Russia should be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.

  1. Hey, if that's how you're selling it, I'm sure there are buyers. Actually it's a horrible idea. There is no way to validate what's happening with those weapons, and we'll never really know what's going on with them...until he uses them again. Assad keeps his military and war effort going his way, gets a free pass for using the chem's, he and Putin laugh their asses off. We get to claim the "brainstorm". LOL Victory is ours.

  3. You need to dig a little deeper in regard to what you consider factual. You have seen evidence, proof even, that the gassing was done by Assad? You are asserting that Assad, though he was winning the civil war and had been warned that use of chemical weapons would bring attention from the outside, went ahead and did it just for the hell of it?

Shallow thinkers tend to screw things up, we see them with their backtested systems that don't assign causality correctly. They lose money, some even make money for a few years and then it all goes back.

Democrats have been appearing to be the success ingredient in many things but now the reality that nobody could ever pay back what they have borrowed from the next two generations in order to make their ideas "work" is upon them.

We've been in debt since 1835. You need to dig a little deeper.

That's right, we were debt-free that one year.

  8. Trying to take a victory lap for this fiasco pretty much sums up the sorry state of affairs in this country.

I'm not trying to take a victory lap. I'm trying to counter your anti-Obama spinning, because it's messing up your view of... reality.

Since you can't criticize Obama for this idea (should it succeed), and you can't even reward the russkies for having it, then you declare the idea to be no good anyway. That's sour grapes.

You can twist it around any way you want, and try to make snark commentary to diffuse it. But the reality is that the debt situation that we are experiencing right now is like no other in the history of this country.
