So I'm not clear here, are you or aren't you appalled by Trump's tweet falsely questioning the integrity of our voting system? And are you for restricting the ability of a private company to correctly point out when the President lies or do you think that kind of restriction goes against everything the Fist Amendment stands for? Yes or no answers on both would be great.
LOL that is why Chumpie last time (2016) voted by .... mail. And his current blond bimbo press secretary voted 11 out of the last 12 times (local, state and national)... you got it, by mail. As well Chumpie had a election fraud panel assembled after 2016. It was disbanded a year or so later after finding just about nuuuuuuuuuuuthing. How come? Oh that's right he sent a tweet out so that makes it so.
I get your point. Those guys that can't put off a proper rebuttal will just continue ranting even if it does not make sense. Some would even resort to childish ridicule. You can tell which are the emotional traders who lack logical thinking and maybe low IQ just by looking at the responses in this thread.
And yet you have yet to address any of the issues I raised with your posts. Projection is such an obvious thing with you, I've seldom seen it so obvious and the person doing it so oblivious.
Ranting is talking of "looting and shooting" and "vicious dogs", in between tweeting in the middle of the night insults to political opponents and media types, when instead a sane, calm, responsible voice is needed. Every prior President has had moments that they needed to step up and show strength not machismo. Reality TV Star Chumpie didn't learn that in acting school. Must of been one of his many, many failed companies.
12 pages of blah blah blah about TWTR. Wait till he breaks up AMZN to save the mom and pops. I would not be long that stock. "When you ain't got nothin'... you've got nothin' left to lose." -Kris K
It occurs to me that we're seeing effectively a real life version of the The Colbert Report playing out in our country and right here on this thread. For those of you who never watched it, Colbert plays a conservative pundit who takes ever more extreme conservative positions which end up highlighting the absurdity of those positions. Trump's the real life Colbert (he was once a registered Democrat remember). And the damage he's been able to inflict on the integrity of conservatives is just stunning. I mean you have a thread here where nearly a dozen otherwise decent, intelligent conservatives have been emasculated to the point that not a single one can bring themselves to say that a President falsely claiming voting fraud is occuring 4 months before the election is a bad thing. You have nearly a dozen conservatives arguing for the government increasing control on private entities. You have them advocating for restrictions on the ability of private entities to point out when our leaders are lying, begging for identical restrictions as exist in places like China and Russia. These are all things that would have been the antithesis of their beliefs before Trump managed to come along and drew them along to see how far they'd go, Colbert style. You've all been had, but I take no pleasure in that because sadly you've been enticed to throw out many of the good, decent conservative principles you once held in the process of doing that. I only hope that you all take a minute to think about the core what you truly once believed in and measure your current words and actions against that ideal.
