My "guilty" accusations are mostly court of public opinion as in the SOB said those invoking the 5th are criminals. Of course he's a lying POS so even saying that can be defended in a court of law. What is unclear to me is what this 5th "inference" means, why the distinction between criminal/civil if it makes no difference?

  2. The second link, too? The one from Cornell? That’s also Canadian law?

Did you not read about the building block part? Where did I suggest that the preponderance of evidence rests solely on his pleading the 5th? WTF is the matter with you? Disagree with me all you like, but keep your straw men in line.

  3. the problem is the trump cock suckers really dont care what he does so he has the special fucktard immunity. He could say on Monday anyone who says X is a traitor to his country and then literally say X the next day.. and crickets..

How else do you explain trump taking a steaming dump on Mrs. Cruz and then him telling her to wipe her mouth and shut up.

Like he knows which weak incels to brainwash and continue to abuse haha...

this is a real bad situation in politics where someone has no fear about saying or doing anything because his own kind protects him just enough to avoid getting in trouble.

I mean Biden has some bad slip ups but the result in saying something stupid, he has no ability to rile up anyone even with that Red Square speech he gave to the public .

  4. This is the post I commented on which you wanted to defend with your Canadian law citations...funny how you agree with this post it seems because you went out of your way to create an argument I never made while responding to this post. Pleading the 5th does not mean you admitted liability no matter what the Supreme Court of Quebec says.
