YOU ALL ARE WRONG I was quoting Trumps lawyer This is a civil case. They could have called Donald Trump. But they didn't. They just want you to hate him enough." Can a plaintiff call the defendant as a witness in a civil trial? Only in a civil case
Good luck with that. “Can call as a witness” is different than “required to comply and take the stand”. Trump flew to another country to avoid being possibly called to the stand — until his defense lawyer screwed up continuously in court and was possibly considering putting him on the stand.
Can a plaintiff take a piss on the judges face? yes but it is not going to happen... Seriously...just google some law before you simply quote Fox news.

Jury finds Donald Trump sexually abused E. Jean Carroll in civil case https://www.cnn.com/webview/politic...t-05-09-23/h_729df4f6004c879ec0396761b1311b8c
A jury in Manhattan federal court found Donald Trump liable for defamation in a civil lawsuit brought by writer E. Jean Carroll. Trump should pay nearly $3 million in damages to Carroll for successfully proving her defamation claim against him, the jury found. It also found that Trump should pay about $2 million in damages for her civil battery claim, bringing the total to $5 million. I agree Trump will probably try to appeal -- while spouting all sorts of crap on social media about the case as he runs for President.
