She waited 30 years to report this act.....Just in time for her book to come out

She also accused network executive Les Moonves of assault but because Trump would not stay silent she only chose to sue Trump..WTF

Mr Tacopina, Trumps lawyer, also questioned Ms Carroll about why she did not take legal action against Les Moonves, a former CBS executive she also accuses of sexual assault.
She said she never sued Mr Moonves - who has denied her allegation - because he "stayed quiet".

If you don't think this is a grand plan...Look at what New York did

She was able to bring the civil case after New York passed the Adult Survivors Act in 2022, which allowed a one-year period for victims to file sexual assault lawsuits in the state over claims that would have normally exceeded statute limitations.

New York made a one time rule change for civil lawsuits that are beyond statue of limitations
You couldn't make a more targeted law
This law will expire this year, but it was enough for Liberal donor to finance this lawsuit

In November 2022 the case was filed...interesting date

The Adult Survivors Act (ASA) was signed into law and removes the statute of limitations for certain civil claims regarding past sexual offenses between November 24 2022 and November 24 2023, regardless of when the alleged crime took place
Mention of DNA was ruled inadmissible in the April 2023 trial).

This act was a gift to lawyers

Maybe it is time to get the DNA evidence tested to validate if it is Trump's or not.

  6. Hey everyone, look over here at Donald Trump.

Follow the script and do not look at Joe Biden.

NEW EVIDENCE SUPPORTING CREDIBILITY OF TARA READE’S ALLEGATION AGAINST JOE BIDEN EMERGES

Former Biden staffer Tara Reade’s mother called into the Larry King Live show in 1993 and discussed her daughter’s time with a “prominent senator.”

A NEW PIECE of evidence has emerged buttressing the credibility of Tara Reade’s claim that she told her mother about allegations of sexual harassment and assault related to her former boss, then-Sen. Joe Biden. Biden, through a spokesperson, has denied the allegations. Reade has claimed to various media outlets, including The Intercept, that she told her mother, a close friend, and her brother about both the harassment and, to varying degrees of detail, the assault at the time. Her brother, Collin Moulton, and her friend, who has asked to remain anonymous, both confirmed that they heard about the allegations from Reade at the time. Reade’s mother died in 2016, but both her brother and friend also confirmed Reade had told her mother, and that her mother, a longtime feminist and activist, urged her to go to the police.

In interviews with The Intercept, Reade also mentioned that her mother had made a phone call to “Larry King Live” on CNN, during which she made reference to her daughter’s experience on Capitol Hill. Reade told The Intercept that her mother called in asking for advice after Reade, then in her 20s, left Biden’s office. “I remember it being an anonymous call and her saying my daughter was sexually harassed and retaliated against and fired, where can she go for help? I was mortified,” Reade told me.

Reade couldn’t remember the date or the year of the phone call, and King didn’t include the names of callers on his show. I was unable to find the call, but mentioned it in an interview with Katie Halper, the podcast host who first aired Reade’s allegation. After the podcast aired, a listener managed to find the call and sent it to The Intercept.

And where is the citation from the trial ruling the DNA as inadmissible in the civil case? A link to the definition of "inadmissible evidence" on Wikipedia is next to meaningless.

It seems very odd that if Trump did not rape this lady then he would not provide his DNA to prove it does not match. Sadly Trump will not provide it.

  10. Trump's DNA will not be used in suit by writer who accused him of rape, judge rules
The judge denied an eleventh-hour bid by the former president's lawyers to possibly make his DNA an issue in the case.
