Same as asking if there will always be other Trumps and other Nixons; the answer to which is known by everyone. Is it karma that leads those who engage in such unseemly practices to a bad ending? It would seem so.
Charges for abusing company perks seems like a pretty low level infraction. One that is likely not pursued unless they are trying to stain someone, like Trump.
