Preparing for the Twenty-First Century

  1. Preparing for the 21st century is going to be easier than I thought. Whatever improvements we've made in life in the last 100 years, we'll just do without them.

"Postal Cuts to Slow Delivery of First-Class Mail"

In Ny under the radar, now that we have a 2% property tax cap, you know what some municipalites are doing? They are budgeting programs for 3 months. The pols pass a budget and say we didn't cut this program, little do the people know "funding" runs out in 3 months.

Ticks me off, you can sit on a plane for 3 hours waiting for take off, this is progress?

The list is endless of unsustainable services that gov't provides to improve our lives and now the basics are out the window, too!
  2. Take solace in the "fact" that they are trying to "help" you.
