I have no idea which direction I'm going to be trading until after the first 30 minutes... Dunno if I'm going to be buying at support levels and selling higher or selling resistance levels and buying back lower. I just follow my technical rules around and toss in a little gut instinct. Trying to predict the market is a sh*tload of fun though. When I use to hang out in the TDA chats one guy got a laugh out of this... "I don't trade off my predictions that I tell everyone. I just trade off my technicals..." Who else here is guilty of telling everyone the market is going one direction... Then seeing a amazing trade setup in the other direction develop fifteen minutes later and taking the setup instead of the prediction? Chatrooms are so much fun, but I don't go into TDA/ToS chats anymore because it's too distracting.
