Prediction Based Trading

  1. Here's a different one. If GE can manage 11.97 or so today and doesn't have a big bounce into close, there's a good chance of a gap up/green day tomorrow on it, so I'll go for a long. I sometimes go with weeklies on those sorts of trades because its EoD so less theta problem and juicy gap potential. Might not get there today though

  2. Closed it off that big bounce. Excellent prediction based trade.

Trade Leader is what they call the person running the strategy. There are a multitude of 'Trade Leaders.'

You can post your C2 rank if you want to show where you really stand.

  5. Oh.

I don't think I have a rank then, because I don't see it anywhere. Maybe because I'm still new to it. All the ones on the leaderboard are old timers that traded for many months, so it'll take me a few weeks to overtake them insofar as cumulative returns are concerned. I think the ranking should show on the right but it doesn't.

  6. Do you know any good prop firms? I was looking into a variety of them but they seem kinda shady/scammy vibe

That sounds 'bout right. You're too new to have a rank. It would have been in the 'Summary Statistics' you screenshot.

What, like Earn2Trade? Not personally. But many have been funded by some of them, and have posted (on the internet) to that effect.

  9. Someone was saying stocktrading.com was good because if I put in 10k, they'll put in 90k. Then I trade for 80% of the profit. I don't know much about these prop firms though.

  10. I emailed them and they said the absolute minimum is 12k deposit, and need to take some kind of course thing unless its a 50k deposit in which case it can be skipped. I'll pass.
