I did some research and I concluded Joe Ross must update his statistics. When he says that "If today had a higher high and higher low and higher close, there is a 70% probability the short term trend is bullish", he is not being accurate. According to my statistics, on the Forex market, that happens less than 50% of the daily sessions. I used daily data since 2000 to evaluate this theory. The data was taken from EUR-USD, EUR-JPY, USD-CHF, USD-JPY and GBP-USD.
