    And they do. Myself or my family, has never had a problem. Home, auto, medical. All paid in full after the deductibles are met.

    You don't want them to raise rates and whine and cry when they do...

    Build a house next to the ocean, and you should pay out the ass for insurance. It's called Capitalism. These companies are not in the business to bleed money and run in the red.

    Climate change? Well, it's real. Fires and floods happen all that much more. Expect to pay more dude. Maybe if they double their rates, their won't be any more "luigi's." And you'll be ok paying 2X as much. :thumbsup:
