I've been running into more and more situations where I need to act fast and buy stocks at pre-market and after-market. I was wondering if anyone knows of or has a favorite online broker where I can buy shares before and after the market?

    Thanks for replies.

  2. Interactive Brokers is probably the best all around broker if you're not trading penny stocks.

You would think after how many years of pre market and after market trading they could finally extend the trading day to at least 8 hours, this isnt 1975 anymore. This market is now a global market place, enough with the 6.5 hour trading day.

    What was 1975?

arca starts at 4 am. IB would allow you to trade since then, but spreads can be kinda wide :D
