Can anyone recommend a broker or web site that has a good futures trading simulation?

I am interesting in practicing some very aggressive scalping techniques but I'm not ready to go live in my own account.

My requirements - the simulation must be dependable and lightning fast.

Will be trading ER2, EMD, NQ & ES futures.

I'm willing to pay a moderate fee but (of course) would prefer a free account.
