Power Trading(electricity market)

I trade congo power. It is produced from plants using cow dung. very cheap power. I like short market in power. U give me a chance to prove myself?? I will make you millionaire assholes billionaires in a year. I have a great sponge mind. one chance?

 

Whats your MISO strategy?

 

we aren't really focussed on MISO right now. Our main focus is nepool and pjm. we are going to focus on MISO and ny after summer

 

I am really interested in learning about power trading. I've seen power trading jobs posted on job boards, but they all require previous experience.

My only trading experience is with US equities.

 

its tough to get in. just apply to any junior trader positions you find because they are the ones who are willing to train from scratch.

Get a job at a power utility wholesale merchant desk as a scheduler/trading assistant first.

 

As a californian I really hope a meteor or comet comes out of nowhere and lands on Houston Texas.

If a piece broke off and hit Chicago that would be a nice bonus.
