Power Law and Fibonacci from Sornette and Bouchaud

  1. They are not always "unexplainable" and even predictable to the pinpoint see the spike on Globex last Friday (remember I had posted the model BEFORE it occurs http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=27783&perpage=6&pagenumber=1):

  2. BTW 10415 doesn't correspond to any fib ratio whereas 10362 does that's why I insist that Fib ratios is NOT THE TRUE LAW (only CONVERGENCE law of a more sophisticated model. And the cause is not the planet or the crowd as Elliotists and Ganntistes pretend since the cause in my model is economic rationality. It can exist correlation if the model has some Universality but I don't know yet.
