Somebody keeps responding to threads started two years ago and wasting everybody's time looking at them. I've noticed it in several areas.

Any way to archive them so they can't be resurrected?

  2. I could close them, but only if the person who is resurrecting them is doing it for spite. If they're genuinely responding to something, there's little I can do.

Show links of the ones you're talking about, and I'll have a look.

  3. I can't remember his handle, but there was someone a few years ago that would do that with threads that were as much as 5+ years old. He would be asking questions to people that hadn't posted on ET for years. I don't see much harm as long as the topic is relevant to today. However, if someone restarts a conversation about the 2nd series of The Soprano's, or who will win the upcoming 2003 Superbowl (or the Trading equivalent)...........
