H reporting after hours today. Hope to be out of the trade tomorrow with vol change in front month. My bias is bearish so we will see .

 

Up $1.20 per, but remain short 36 deltas so I will hold for neutrality or a trade-thru the body.

 

Not a vol trade but tempted to short ES @ 2817...

 

Vol and var so low that you're best suited to say a 2800 calendar.

Dest is right though..I am looking at calendars at 2790 to see if I get one on before close...too many expiration months

 

Vol picked up into the close. Numbers tomorrow? I thought it was odd.

 

Cant decide on strikes or months so cannot get in to the position but looks like we touch 2790 the next week or two. Not a strong enough conviction to put the cal on though.

 

Missed out ....watch ES drop hard now haha

 

I can't reply to his thread. Out at 124 and shares are at 112. An additional $30K if he had held it to date. He says it would be a profit (ostensibly total or notional) of $90K. HTF do you fail so badly at arithmetic?

Owned 25 of the $135P. Even at $112 the notional is $58K.

Second, yet less egregious: says diesel is up 30% YoY yet earnings are release quarterly.
