You seem mentally unhinged. So does Trump.

  2. Out of how many lawsuits filed and to be filed?

Election fraud cases involving electronic voting forensics and voter database reconcilliation will likely take longer to be decided as they are likely more complicated cases.

Feel free to try to undermine the case for election fraud. Knock youself out, if you want. At the end of the day, the Democrats got called and we are going to showdown unless they want a deal and Trump agrees.

All the voting fraud cases filed by Trump lawyers have been effectively thrown out of court so far as having no basis in fact . Good luck with the future filings.

Even lawyers at his two selected law firms—Jones Day and Porter Wright Morris & Arthur --- are revolting and demanding that the firms stop representing Trump in his voter fraud claims. These lawyers want to preserve their careers from complete ridicule and prevent the firms from becoming insolvent as all the other clients drop them.

The real damage is that I have many republican who are now questioning the election. These are moderate Northeastern Republicans - some who didn't even vote for trump the second time. But the newsflow is giving so much credence to this story that their world view is changing.

  5. Each case will likely have its own attorney with its own evidence. Just because a few early cases did not prove fraud did not exist, does not mean future cases will not prove that voter and or election fraud exists. PA, the state where election and or voter fraud apparently was not proven had the least indication of fraud versus the other four swing states of WI, MI, GA, and at least one other state according to some, in my opinion.

Trump will not be the one litigating in court. As long as there is a reasonable basis for bringing a lawsuit, a countersuit is probably futile. The court will hear the evidence and make a ruling based on that evidence or lack thereof.

It is all good because it likely leads to resolution and confidence the 2020 Presidential election reflected a fair outcome according to our election procedures.

The fact that democrats and the media continually trying to discredit the election validation procedure indicates to me there is an “Consciousness of guilt” that is pervasive in key Democrat circles.

Disclosure: I am not an attorney and my statements should not be construed as a legal opinion or legal advice.

Again, it sounds like Democrats went all in, like they did with the Steele Dossier, got called, and are scrambling to save face, avoid prosecution, or salvage something positive from the mess the seemingly got themselves into.

Please understand I actually do not want to see the Democrat party effectively disbanded as could happen if conspiracy to commit massive voter and election fraud resulted ultimately in convictions of prominent Democrat politicians. Historically, when either Democrats or Republicans gain a lot of power, they abuse it to the detriment of the people. Further, if the Democrat Party becomes too weak, a power vacuum develops which will almost certaintly be filled by Radical Leftists.

Let’s spread the word that we the people demand a transparent election that follows established election procedures, no matter who contests an election. There have been contested elections in our nation’s history that we were able to be through, we can get through this contested election if we try, and there will be contested elections in our future.

  6. It sounds like nonsense to me, possibly based upon a hidden agenda or two on the lawyer’s part. What happened in MI, WI, and GA seemed utterly ridiculous on several counts, as discussed several times before. I would imagine a attorney of minimal competence would have a field day in MI, WI, and GA with all the indications of election fraud.

My offer to exGOPer applies to you as well. If you want to discuss sensitive things related to this issue in private, send me a PM. Perhaps we can invite exGOPer as well.

I’m about justice, but also about practicality and problem solving.

Perhaps if we put in a brainstorming session, we may come up with a idea that is worthy enough to present to our political leaders. As it stands, what do we have to lose? The way things are headed now, is there any reason to believe the current trajectoriy will change?
