Possible Election Fraud in Progress

  1. If that were the case, his sworn testimony in a trial would be easy to tear down by opposing council, if we actually get a trial that involves the cross examination of witnesses, that is.

I will add sources for Ramsland’s resume at a later time, but his security company is involved in government work and he did do a forensic investigation for US Congressman Pete Sessions who lost his reelection attempt in 2018. The evidence for election fraud was high and it was likely Pete Sessions had his reelection stolen from him.

All of his affidavits have been tossed out of court as speculative nonsense. All the election fraud cases were dismissed.

  3. The problem is, there will be a long term, if not permanent hanging chad over the 2020 US Presidential election. Tens of millions of people may question the lack of transparency, media efforts of attorney and witness intimidation, confirmed violations of election laws to the detriment of the Trump campaign, and large numbers of credible witnesses to potential election fraud for generations. Many people may feel the Trump Campaign was subjected to over zealous interpretation of technical court rules by partisan or possibly even compromised lower court judges that prevented the effective presentation of substantial evidence.

If the tables were turned and Trump officially won under suspicious circumstances, you can bet Trump would have been tried, found guilty, and punished by the media, all but forcing the courts into submission into granting relief to the Biden Campaign over fears of continuing multi-city riots.

    You know it’s true.

there are still a lot of people left who - after this long time - are too naive or too stupid to realize and understand, that not even "gop" was any longer interested in trump being / staying president.

the election happened - but it simply doesn't matter that much.

the 2016 election was a wake-up call for usa and for those who actually make the big decisions.

trump even becoming candidate was an accident and a dramatic shock for the republican party. something like that must not happen again because it is against the best interest of usa - and the rest of the world in fact.

everybody with the least intelligence understands this. in future elections the better candidate (or the lesser evil) will "win". but this has nothing to do with the election or the result of the election. this decision happens elsewhere. dems and reps agreed on that (and scotus as well).

as long as there are possible candidates like trump for example, you cannot let the people decide who will be the next president.

that's just much too dangerous in a world that has become so complicated in many ways (china, russia, pandemics, climate change, etc.).

actually a very large part of republican voters is so illiterate, that to let them vote at all is ... crazy. (and now many of those people even give their very last $$$ to trump - for ... whatever !)

but you cannot take the right to vote away from them so there has to be a different solution.

cope with that. it's the future.

This shows perfectly how you mix up reality with your fantasy and manipulate things to proof your point:
    1. You start the sentence with the word IF. So you speak about a hypothetical example.
    2. Hypothetical means that it is not based on facts but on your imagination. You can imagine anything, but that has no credibility nor value at all.
    3. You state already that Trump would have been tried, found guilty, and punished by the media. Where is the proof? Nowhere, just your fantasy created this story.
    4. You state already that this would force the courts into submission into granting relief to the Biden Campaign over fears of continuing multi-city riots.Where is the proof? Nowhere, just your fantasy created this story.
    5. How do you know that there will be more riots? Any proof? Nowhere, just your fantasy created this story.
You just posted nonsense like Trump's lawyers. You adapt the story with your fantasy to get at the point you wanted to get to.

You even post:"You know it’s true." While you know for 100% sure that @Tony Stark does not agree with what you say.
Reality is that Tony Stark knows better than you what his opinion is. You just put words in his mouth.

Pure lies, manipulation and irrelevant nonsense. just like all the claims from Trump.

  10. I have reviewed a defendant motion to exclude expert witness testimony. This motion specifically mentions Ramsland, cites presumably appropriate case law requiring expert witnesses to have a certain level of credentials, and those credentials are pertinent to the case.
While I’m no attorney or judge to say the least, it does appear that Ramsland, although extremely knowledgeable of electronic voting, is not an expert. Although the defendant’s attorneys tried to exclude other witnesses, their first two claims did seem credible:
