All the "relevant videos" that were presented to any Court have till now ALL been rejected. Not a single one has ever been accepted as proof of fraud. So you are just dreaming and ignoring reality. Again in this case nothing has been found that leads to proof of fraud. Courts are the only gegal arogna that can decide legally what is right and what is wrong. Each time you and the "Trumpers" speak about " we will expose the farud in Court", but when Courts do their job, only if the judgement is pro Trump you agree. If the Court jidge agaisnt Trump their acted unconstitutionally. It is clear that Trump thinks he is the judge who has to judge if their is fraud or not. All the rest is refused. Looks more and more like a Russian trial. Giuliani, who has led campaigns to slander Trump's political rivals and undermine the outcome of the US election, last week discussed with the president the possibility of a pre-emptive pardon before the president leaves the White House. He wants the same for his children. WHY? Because Trump knows very well he and his children did a lot of criminal, illegal acts. Never a US President needed this kind of pardon. But Trump is be biggest criminal President the US ever had. He is doing what Putin did a few weeks ago. Probably on advice of Vladimir.
The Democrats have problems in PA if the Trump Campaign goes to the Supreme Court. I would expect several lower court rulings to be overturned. What this would ultimately manifest, I have no idea. In any event, we should know more in the next few days what the forensic analysis on the voting machines turns up in Michigan.
Since 1936, the date fixed by Congress for the meeting of the Electoral College is "on the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December next following their appointment". For as far as I know the deathline is Dec 14. So if I read well after that date no legal actions can be taken anymore and the elections are final. About the voting machines: only votes that went thru that machine can be disputed. So If there would be fraud, ALL the machines should be checked. It is impossible to cancel other votes than those who were found to be fraudulent on the checked machine.
Alito has moved up the date that PA officials need to respond to SCOTUS to tomorrow Dec 8 at 9 AM. That's well ahead of the safe harbor date. ---The fact that he moved it up is interesting. Let's see how this plays out. ----We also have legislatures in AZ, GA and Michigan considering resolutions to select electors themselves. ----There's still time to save American's voting rights.

The following is a list of links to various articles on election related news: By The Editors, RealClearInvestigations December 7, 2020 In one corner, President Trump and his allies claim massive fraud cost him the 2020 election. In the other, Democrats and sympathetic media allies argue that the vote was free and fair and that the charges of fraud amount to sour-grapes conspiracy mongering. (AP Photo/Ben Gray) Many allegations advanced by the president, his surrogates and supporters have been challenged and some have been dismissed by courts or debunked. Still, in numerous instances, media fact checkers have not been diligent. They have simply run the allegations past state authorities and other officials who would have orchestrated the alleged fraud or had an interest in minimizing irregularities. It was thus hardly surprising when the New York Times reported that it had called officials in every state and was told, as the headline said, that there was “No Evidence of Voter Fraud.” That’s the kind of statement that inspires skepticism because fraud is inevitable in any big election. The Times itself seemed to acknowledge just that in the article’s sub-headline, which said, without presenting evidence, that there were “no irregularities that affected the outcome.” Of course, “irregularities” in a basic function of American democracy, even if they did not affect the outcome, remain a significant part of the 2020 election story as court cases and controversies continue. Below is a running, selective collection of hyperlinked articles detailing charges of ballot irregularities or electronic fraud being made in various states, especially key battlegrounds such as Arizona, Georgia, Michigan and Pennsylvania.
