Hello everyone, I have been using IB for a few months and am new to this forum. I'm using the PortfolioAnalyst to connect to my Schwab accounts. I was trying to get a consolidated view of all of my accounts. However, it seems the positions imported from the Schwab accounts do not have a cost basis. So the consolidated report is not able to show the cost basis. When I create a report, it shows a dash for the cost basis and unrealized P&L for those stocks/ETFs. The stocks/ETFs from IB or Fidelity look totally fine. Has anyone seen this problem before? I'd appreciate if you have any suggestion. BTW, I messaged the IB customer support but haven't received a response yet. Thank you.
