I don't know the extent of detail that you want, but CBSMarketwatch does, and Clearstation used to but I haven't looked there in a long time.
You won't find realtime streaming for free: b4utrade.com realtime with manual refresh you might find, I'm not sure, but that you can get just by opening an account with an online broker too. here's a thought: get quotetracker, register for free with scottrade, for example, for streaming quotes, and keep a portfolio setup in quotetracker. You could even trade through there with some brokers
