    I'm searching a free software in order to manage my portfolio of stocks.

    QuoteTrader is free, and can assist in managing your portfolio.
    You can trade and manage orders/positions via the DOM and Charts (and FX Deal Box, for forex traders).
    QuoteTrader helps support your trading decisions with the DOM's liquidity gauge, and from the Charts with 30 studies, indicators and drawing tools (free charts require an account with either TD AMERITRADE or Interactive Brokers - with more brokers are on the way!).
    There's also P&L functionality in its quote window, and account access (balances, positions & trades) via the Account Manager.
    Lastly, as an extension of quote.com, you're able to quickly access its inventory of research, global news and commentary (video).
