Do what bearice did. Only allow yourself to watch gay porn. I personally have zero experience with those sites, but I'm sure he can come here and recommend some real doozies. With him as an exception, this should halt the addiction immediately and not make it worse.
I was under the impression that porn sites are among the leading sources of malware infections. Or at least they were at one point in time, I don't know how well microsoft or whoever keeps pace with the latest browser exploits these days. Either way, the point is, I would never open one of those sites on the same computer I trade on. And if one of my stupid friends wants to use my computer to check their stupid facebook, and later I find porn sites in the history, I never let them use my computer again, period. Consider it a security risk if that helps. Additionally, I don't live alone, and my office is openly visible from my living room, which in turn is openly visible from my front door, and my front door has a large window in it. Point being, I can honestly say that I never look at internet porn, a complete lack of privacy assures that. You could try a similar setup, might help. I'll admit it. I'm addicted to women and sex. Not sure how to wean myself off. Not sure if I want too. I love it. Life would seem incredibly boring and dull without girls. Lots of them. Seriously. I don't know what to do. I know how to trade, so the unending quest to profitability is no longer a "constructive" addiction. That puzzle was 'solved'. What should I do with myself? Philanthropy?
