    Dear Mr. Rooney,

thank you for posting in this thread, i would like to ask you some information about the TT platform: is it possible to develop a custom study for it (custom indicator) and rent/lease it to the TT users?

Do TT have some business model to deal with developers and make that possible?

    ------

An update about the development process, today the indicator has been developed also for the Multicharts platform, soon will be developed for Multicharts .Net too.

I will give also a look to e*trade next week to see if it's possible to develop it for that platform too.

I've yet to implement the procedure to control the access to the indicator on ninjatrader (also on other platforms), i mean, the licensing part of the code, that will be the last step.
However i guess it will be ready quite soon, I'll also have to make a website and some videos and pdf guides about how it work and how to use it, but you will be one of the very first ninjatrader users to test it!

Still a little bit of patience :)

  5. I write indicators and automated strategies for use on TradeStation. I have over 200 of them, all of which have been profitable in various markets, and some of which are profitable today. Finding a winning strategy, algorithm, indicator is easy. Making money by trading with them it is a horse of a different color. The psychology of people will have them profit or not. The algorithm is not the key. Therefore, I think you're barking up the wrong tree, but good luck to you anyway.

Steve, thank you for your great input.

I totally agree with you, my indicator happen to be something innovative (based on a completly new concept not yet known as today), however i do know that newbies aren't gonna to magically become profitables, no matter what.
Even if some indicator can be of tremendous help, they (newbies) still have a long way to go in learning about money management, risk control, discpiline, etc..
That's why i intend to present my work to an already experienced audience (experienced traders), on the same time however i will ALSO release it for retail platforms (metatrader), as i'm sure that among a million newbies there are also a few experienced traders that will appreciate my work.

After all this will not be a "winning strategy" or "profitable trading algorithm", this will be about a new approach to technical analysis, there are surely many ways to build trading systems on it, but that will be not my business, i give the tools, traders will decide how to utilize them (create trading systems based on them).

Tnx again, nice to see you here!

    Hello w4rn1ng,
I have two idea about it,
First: Market over flooded execution software and very little honestly analytical.
Pick Up, to own very talented build, abandoned now, software. One of them is Neoticker by TickQuest.

Your own, analytical only, data independent platform with Your indicators build in!

Second: Market really need "Universal Data Converter" for analytical purpose only, not for execution.
