I am assuming this has added plumbing? Like bathroom, shower, etc?

Thanks to the Chinese house collectors swamping the market, local residents who's born and lived all their lives in their own land now can only live in fold-up boxes, shipping crates http://www.storstac.com/shipping-container-housing/ and even their own cars https://www.washingtonpost.com/real...1ccdbc5f74e_story.html?utm_term=.0c448d9a7b6a.

Foreign ownership of property should be illegal! This is invasion!! This is no different from somebody taking a gun to a country and says give me this piece of land or else. The only difference is they did it with money. At least, for any foreign property owners, they shouldn't enjoy perpetual ownership of the deed to the land; that should be a privilege for that country's citizens. So they can own the house but the land that the house is built on can be taken away from them at any time because they are not that country's citizens. WHY should they have the right to own that land?

Yeah, poor locals, crying too much and not working enough or taking enough risks, they end up in a foldable house. Might still be more than they deserve considering what i see in some western countries.

Those foldable houses look better than US trailers btw, and much better than many chinese' apartments.
Read in the article 35sqm is the minimum legal apartment size in NSW, it looks huge for students or young workers in big cities. Would look like a small castle to many younger or unsuccesful tokioites or parisians for instance.

I wonder what's difference in price between a good trailer, the small apartments you're referring to and these houses.
