Poor cops. Can't even assault unarmed citizens with complete impunity anymore.

  1. If the protestor is told to step back and does not move can the cop shoot him for non complaince?

Ever actually called the cops for a robbery in progress? I've had two friends who had their houses broken into. One while he was still home. It took the cops 2 hours to arrive. They collected notes and went on their way. Nothing was done and the perp was never found.

Allow me to introduce you to Warren v. District of Columbia. If someone's robbing your house you're on your own anyway.

Cops should know by now that they are in fact, an endangered species. Thugs will not think twice to murder them and probably, get away with it. No job is worth that high price. Let the Democrat politicians suit up and police their cities and states. The way I figure it, the extreme liberal Democrats calling for the cops heads at every turn will be the first victims of their fellow thugs. Only a matter of time. Some cities Democrat mayors have stated they will fire their cops. Let us see how that works out.

    Overnight

And that is why people wish to own firearms for home defense.

The 75-year-old man, activist Martin Gugino (https://www.blogger.com/profile/12535061710557436016), is impeding the police officers movement. Maybe this is a case of white privilege, but interfering with police is usually not a wise action. The police officer pushes Martin away, and Martin unfortunately loses his balance, falls, and gets hurt. If Martin Gugino did not try to get in the way, he would not have been hurt. So my amateur legal opinion is the police were not at fault here.

George Floyd's tragic death is completely different because Floyd was not resisting. He only wanted to stay alive. There, the police involved were all at fault.

  6. Please show me just one example of that happening. Just one.

If the police are telling you to clear the area and instead you charge at them, what do you expect is going to happen?

    It’s really very very simple-
IF A COP ASKS YOU TO DO SOMETHING, COMPLY.

    It’s really very very simple-
If the government says that we need a stay at home order for a pandemic, you comply and don’t protest it.

  8. So first you're saying they're rioters and now you're saying they're pajama boys. Make up your mind, if you have one. And then learn to write.

  9. As an aside, I wonder what happened to these gun-toting, bulletproof-vested guys yelling at cops right in their face in the Michigan statehouse. You know, the ones who were told to leave:

    Oh, yeah. Nothing.

    No disparity there, eh?
