Polyphasic sleep (3 hours of naps a day)

  1. Just curious, any traders use a polyphasic sleep schedule, presumably to trade the international markets?

    Basically what u do is sleep 20 to 30 minutes 4 to 6 times a day instead of sleeping 6-8 hours at night as usual. It'll be very difficult the first week as you fight your body's urges for more sleep but after several days, something magical happens and your body adjusts to this new although augmented schedule.. Easier said than done!
