Axelrod isn't a pollster, and comparing Biden who had an enthusiasm problem to Harris is hardly a proper comparison.

Look at the polls, the undecided percentage is extremely low compared to 2016 which broke for Trump after the Comey letter. This is not the case in 2020 or 2024.

The last time I checked, Jill Stein was the Green Party candidate for President. Now these guys are claiming that Cornel West is the Green Party candidate in 2024. Where are these guys getting their information from?

Of course, this article is from over a year ago in 2023. It is meaningless at this point.

Far more likely to see it in 2024.100,000 people in Michigan and 50,000 in Wisconsin didn't vote non committed in 2016.People identifying as Democrat wasn't at all time lows in 2016.

In 2020, the same poll gave third party candidates 3%, 2.5% is an improvement.

  6. Point was Sir the highly respected David Axelrod says the Green Party played an outsized role in tipping the election to Donald Trump, disputing Mr Newwurldmn's assertion that they didn't.

And this is the first Presidential election since Roe v Wade demise, Democrats have outperformed in every election since then.

  8. You are counting the Libertarian candidate, who doesn't get left wing votes.Votes from The Green Party come nearly exclusively from left wing voters.

In 2020 the Green party candidate polled at 0.2 %,Stein and West are now polling at 1.5% ,and I think thats a big underestimate.

Exactly, pollsters have been consistently underestimating Dem turnout after the Supreme Court decision and there have been multiple elections since then. Why would something so big and important lose its priority now?
