The poll, for all intents and purposes, is on page one. The thread has 42 pages thus far. Which part don't you understand?

 

The thread title is an invitation to a poll that appears on page one. Once someone has answered the poll, any further discussions are irrelevant as the thread title was just a question. I recommend thread closure at this juncture as any pertinent information can be gleaned from page 1
