This is just a reminder that bets are available at Bovada, and it would be more interesting to see how much each commentator is betting, besides seeing comments.

  3. Trump has been elected for 4 years : why should he be impeached?
Americans have chosen him while during his campain he was put under severe criticism.
Now, if people are assuming that because he is now POTUS, he has decided to stuff in as many people as possible, tough luck!!!! He has been elected. Respect the voters' choice.

  5. Nope.

However, in this 21st century, US voters had all the opportunities ( internet, etc) to have ways to find out about Trump, and they voted Trump in. Even if Trump decides to turn the job of POTUS to something similar to Dictatures in Third world countries - aka a way to take as much money as possible, etc - : the bottom line is the US voters voted him in.
Removing him, would be similar to saying that the US voters can vote in him, but their votes in a way can finish by not counting. There are elections in 4 years time : why the impatience to remove Trump?

The same constitution that says Trump can win even though his opponent got millions of more votes says he can be removed from office without the approval of those who voted for him.

  8. I suppose as I am not 24/7 into the US culture, it is quiet difficult for me to grasp that a DEMOCRATICALLY- elected POTUS can just be removed so early from office.
Your system of "college electors" is kind of singular, but Trump has been elected in a situation
where the medias were basically all against him, where most Republicans were against him.
For me, it looks like Trump won against the odds. Now, it is as if people are just looking for a way to remove him as they could not block him.

Even if elected by the people,or the electoral college system in Trumps case,a President can not commit high crimes and misdemeanors.
