Simply put, anyone that voted for Trump is a fucking moron. The morons above are perfect examples. I hope they all get a permanent lice infestation.
Swedish embassy offers to 'inform' Donald Trump on country's immigration and integration policies The US President's comments received a bemused response from the Scandinavian country http://www.independent.co.uk/news/w...tegration-policy-refugee-muslim-a7589151.html ...The comment was met with confusion by Swedes, who quickly took to social media to query the claim. Taking to Twitter, the country's former Prime Minister Carl Bildt asked: “What has he been smoking?”
Trump impeached? You can bet on it The prospect that the president won't make it through his term is big business for bookmakers. http://www.politico.com/story/2017/02/trump-impeachment-bets-234931 There’s already talk of impeachment, just three weeks into Donald Trump’s turbulent presidency. In fact, many are already betting on it. Gambling houses all over the world are taking in action on whether Trump, inaugurated just last month, will resign or be impeached. And the odds aren’t as long as you might think...
It's now one month since Trump took office. But consider what he "achieved" in only the first 3 weeks. http://nymag.com/daily/intelligencer/2017/02/every-terrifying-thing-that-donald-trump-has-done.html All the Terrifying Things That Donald Trump Did Lately By Eric Levitz Declared the “court system” a threat to national security. Insisted that his Supreme Court pick had no problem with attacks on the judiciary, in the face of blatant evidence to the contrary. Trashed New START during a call with Putin — after putting the phone aside to ask his advisers what that (nuclear-arms treaty) was. Publicly condemned a private company for dropping his daughter’s (increasingly unpopular) fashion line. Suggested that publicly criticizing his military decisions is tantamount to aiding “the enemy.” Got angry at his press secretary for being impersonated by a woman. Used the executive branch’s immense authority over border control to inflict arbitrary cruelty on thousands of Muslim immigrants, create chaos at airports all across America, and sour diplomatic relations with the rest of the world. Violated court orders against his travel ban. Created a diplomatic crisis with Australia — and threatened to invade Mexico. Allowed his press secretary to falsely claim that Iran had committed an act of war against the United States. Retained the author of a reactionary screed that likened the 2016 election to Flight 93 as a national-security staffer. Suggested that Frederick Douglass is still alive in speech on Black History Month. Told a demonstrable lie about the size of the crowd at his inauguration — and predicted that the media would “pay a big price” for refusing to repeat it. Told congressional leaders at a private meeting that he only lost the popular vote because undocumented immigrants cast millions of ballots against him. Suggested America might once again have the opportunity to confiscate Iraq’s oil. Allowed his company to leverage the cachet of his election into a massive expansion of its hotel empire. Ordered the Department of Homeland Security to issue a weekly list of crimes (allegedly) committed by undocumented immigrants in sanctuary cities. Prepared to radically reduce American funding to the United Nations. Signed a bevy of executive orders that were drafted by the White House’s Breitbart wing — and no one else. Stood by as his top advisers leaked like a sieve. Declared that his election had restored American democracy, in an angry, authoritarian inaugural address. Replaced the White House website’s page on climate change with a vow to drill for oil on federal lands. Defamed a hero of the civil-rights movement in a series of racist tweets. I'm relaxed and breathing. He's an incompetent force that can be just as disruptive and destructive as a malevolent one in practical terms, but I am comforted thus far by the words of Alfred A. Montapert: “Do not confuse motion and progress. A rocking horse keeps moving but does not make any progress.” Bread and circuses, Captain. But without the bread. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bread_and_circuses
more fake news... I will deal with the first 10 and show them to be mostly really fake news. All the Terrifying Things That Donald Trump Did Lately By Eric Levitz Declared the “court system” a threat to national security. Insisted that his Supreme Court pick had no problem with attacks on the judiciary, in the face of blatant evidence to the contrary. this may be the only half legit critique... 1. "The judge was very clear that he was not commenting on a specific matter," Spicer asserted, though it's unclear why the Supreme Court nominee would bring up criticism of judges unless to talk about the president's recent statements that did just that. Trashed New START during a call with Putin — after putting the phone aside to ask his advisers what that (nuclear-arms treaty) was. 2. http://www.foxnews.com/us/2017/02/09/white-house-disputes-report-that-trump-unaware-arms-deal.html As a candidate, Trump was critical of the agreement, which set new, lower caps on the number of nuclear warheads each country can have. There have been frictions regarding another arms control pact, the 1987 Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty, which outlawed that entire class of nuclear missiles. Washington and Moscow have traded mutual accusations of violating the treaty. Publicly condemned a private company for dropping his daughter’s (increasingly unpopular) fashion line. 3. yeah... terrifying --- Suggested that publicly criticizing his military decisions is tantamount to aiding “the enemy.” 4. this seems to be related to the McCain's very questionable critique of a Navy Seal op. People the previous administration had hired for computer security were immediately fired because the other side seemed to know the ops details and waited for the Navy Seals with armed women. Apparently the raid secured 14 high value targets. “Sen. McCain should not be talking about the success or failure of a mission to the media. Only emboldens the enemy! He’s been losing so long he doesn’t know how to win anymore, just look at the mess our country is in – bogged down in conflict all over the place,” Trump wrote in a series of morning tweets. “Our hero Ryan died on a winning mission (according to [Secretary of Defense] General Mattis), not a ‘failure.’ Time for the U.S. to get smart and start winning again!” Got angry at his press secretary for being impersonated by a woman. 5. Really? this list is now ridiculous... Used the executive branch’s immense authority over border control to inflict arbitrary cruelty on thousands of Muslim immigrants, create chaos at airports all across America, and sour diplomatic relations with the rest of the world. 6. He was elected to keep terrorists out of the country and stop the insane immigration process. It is the left that is allowing terrorists in for no reasons they will ever state purposely. They is an evil calculus being being done by the cronies and you all are to dumbt to stop it. Violated court orders against his travel ban. 7. I did not see this I saw the Dershowitz and others saying that Trump could have ignored it the way Obama did at times but that he was being the opposite of a dictator and complying. Created a diplomatic crisis with Australia — and threatened to invade Mexico. 8. Australia tried to dump their illegal immigrants on us and Obama agreed to take them in after the election. Again trump did the right thing. This mexico thing is a crock. Allowed his press secretary to falsely claim that Iran had committed an act of war against the United States. 9. Act of war. That is complete fake news bullshit. I just saw the press conference he never said act of war. Retained the author of a reactionary screed that likened the 2016 election to Flight 93 as a national-security staffer. 10. a George Bush former speech writer is some sort of problem? This is the most fake crap there is. I will no longer waste any more time on your fake crap. And this "party" is just getting started...[/QUOTE]
If we're talking about a pure charity, I've got no issue. If we're talking about a situation where the lines are clouded because someone who runs a charity just happens to be an important state figure that can grant (or take away) access, then there's a bit of a conflict of interest. If Trump was meeting with Abe and Abe agreed to allow Trump hotels to be built all over Japan, I'd have a problem with that.
Did you read about Trump's trademark in China. Trump takes a call with the Taiwanese PM. China gets upset Trump re-iterates the US's One China policy Trump Organization gets a trademark approved a few days later. A coincidence? Perhaps. Or Perhaps not. We will never know. What about the Japanese meeting with Ivanka and Trump in his early days. Was that meeting about politics, business, or both? We don't know.
