Poll: Will Fukui & Co. raise rates this week?

Does anybody know at what time will the statement be made public ?

 

If my memory serves me right its normally between midday and 1430 hrs and the gang normally do a press conference about 1530 or 1600hrs Tokyo time to explain or justify their actions.
