What do you think the most often broken law is? My vote goes for speeding, since at any given time apparently 85% of the people are going above the posted limit. With so many people speeding, one must wonder if speeding laws are just another way to get more money from people's pockets. However -- not traffic related, I'd say the second most often broken law is marijuana smoking.
