For futures the big box brokers aren't going to give you much intraday margin and probably have worse rates. I'd go with an AMP for that. Stocks I guess it depends on what you're trying to do, but intraday swing type stuff I guess they are all ok free commission being the big seller. I don't think fidelity sells order flow as far as I know so maybe slightly better fills? Not sure.
