If your initial premise is that the purpose of TA is to find winning trades, then the answer is a definitive no, TA does not work. b.) If your initial premise is that the purpose of TA is to use arithmetic to analyze price to determine if there is a bias change, then the answer is a definitive yes, TA does work.
