Poll: Majority of Americans Oppose the Tea party

Discussion in 'Politics' started by hermit, Aug 27, 2010.

  1. I have seen no evidence which suggests that he is a "tea partier". None whatsoever. I saw one instance which he attacked your critisism of the tea party when saying that the majority of americans didn't support it ( just as the majority of americans do not support the democrat party).

  3. He made those comments in support of Tea party and they will be treated that way just like you described earlier

"I call people marxists/socialists who espouse and extol marxist and socialist ideals and philosophies"

  4. Exactly, and his comment had nothing to do with tea party ideals or philosophies whatsoever. Another swing and another miss...

  5. Geez, he is TALKING about the tea party's low support numbers and why the numbers were what they were.

  6. Exactly, thanks for confirming that the comments were not philisophical or related to political views or ideological views whatsoever.

  7. You are welcome. I am sure his support for the Tea party was a one-off, oh wait it wasnt.

    Some philosophical quotes.

  8. Wow, sounds like you could use a lesson in tea party philosophy, the second quote was very far off from the thinking of libertarians, classical liberals, and most tea party supporters.

He made a statement supporting capital gains taxes. His post suggested that you don't get rich from working but from buying assets and allowing inflation to take it's course. He suggested that capital gains should be taxed heavily so as to incentivize people to work more and invest less. ROFLMAO

You sure as fuck wont find that being said in libertarian circles. LOL!!! Ahh, so the debate is settled, and as usual was based on your ignorance... How predictable. It was just a misunderstanding rooted in the fact that you had no fucking clue what you were talking about. ROFLMAO!!!!

Thanks for once again demonstrating his ideological disparity with tea party ideals.

  9. He is debating against high taxes, doesn't get more tea partier than that.

Debate settled? Hardly, more tea partier ideals

    Big guberment socialism.

  10. Ya, my ignorance that when people make 300 posts in support of a cause and then directly SUPPORT the Tea Party, its because they are PRETENDING to be supporters and not because they actually support. You can spin this anyway, I will go by with what he said and not your 'libertarian' interpretation.
