  1. Hi guys,

    Are stocks that are listed on major exchanges good for identifying obscure potential ? Or - would one need to look at stocks that are not listed in order to find obscure value.

    Please vote and also provide any description you have on this.

    Not listed has as much potential as those startups, where you can join the team as angel investor. Majority of em fail, with few exceptions.
    (someone funded FB with 1 mil when it was $70M, later on > $70B )

    This is my guess - those are not listed for fundamental reasons. Especially if a company operates for + 3 ~ 5 years & it has the same (or worse) story in the balance sheet.

    Scams and underperformers.

    And to identify potential, - how many identified potential of amazon when it was $5 at the share. Very few can do that. Visionaries.
    And some things are obvious.
